Meet a Shanghai ACT Tutor: Francesca C.

Francesca C. was born near Rome, Italy, but she grew up in several American cities (mostly New York and Philadelphia). She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with bachelor's and master's degrees in economics. Before moving to Shanghai in 2015, she was employed as an analyst at the U.S. Federal Reserve.

Francesca has been teaching ACT and SAT prep in the United States and China for seven years. She is experienced in all modes of educational delivery (on-site classroom, online, and individual tutoring). Many of her former students are now enrolled in undergraduate programs at highly ranked universities in the United States. Francesca continues to work as an economist, and provides economic research on a freelance basis to a variety of companies.
